Eastern Neurology & NeuroMuscular Center is in network with most major insurance companies and many additional smaller insurance companies. If your insurance is not listed below, please call your insurance carrier to inquire if we are in network. Our office will file your insurance claim as a courtesy for you. Most insurance companies will pay your claim in full after you have paid your deductible and co-pay.
All co-payments and deductibles are collected at the time of service. Some insurance companies require pre-certification for special studies. This precertification may be obtained by your primary care provider or our office. Examples of studies requiring precertification include MRI/CT and sometimes neurological testing (EMG).
