For Providers

Information

Eastern Neurology & Neuromuscular Center partners with providers across Eastern North Carolina for timely electrodiagnostic testing, neuromuscular consultation, and botox migraine therapy. We focus on efficient scheduling, accurate testing, and prompt communication.

EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG/NCS) are the primary focus of our practice. We perform outpatient electrodiagnostic testing to evaluate disorders of peripheral nerves, muscles, and the neuromuscular system. Reports are interpreted by a fellowship-trained neurologist and sent promptly to the referring provider.

Refer a Patient

Please fax a referral to us at 252-413-6171 or call us to schedule your patient. Calling has given us the best results when it comes to patients showing up to their appointments.

We understand that access to Neurology services can be limited, despite the significant impact neurological care has on a patient’s quality of life.

Eastern Neurology is a solo private practice committed to providing focused, specialized care to the patients we are able to serve. Due to the nature of our practice and limited appointment availability, we carefully review each referral to ensure we can provide appropriate and timely care.

If we are unable to accept a patient’s referral or continue with their neurological care, we will communicate this directly with your office and provide any necessary guidance regarding next steps.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we work to provide high-quality neurological evaluations within the resources available.
