Cynthia Lopez, M.D. FAANEM

Cynthia L. Lopez, MD is a native of Fairborn, Ohio and has lived with her family and practiced in Greenville.  She graduated from Wright State University Medical School in Dayton Ohio where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Honor Society and received the PICO award for excellence in patient relations.  She completed her internal medicine internship and neurology residency at The Ohio State University.  She was subsequently awarded dual fellowships in neuromuscular disease and electromyography (EMG) at the renowned Cleveland Clinic, ranked repeatedly as one of the top neurology hospitals by the U.S. News & World Report.   

Dr. Lopez is featured in the U.S. News & World Report as a 2012-2013 Top Doctors, as choosen by peers.

Dr. Lopez has dual board certifications in both neurology and in electromyography and has enjoyed a teaching appointment with The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Department of Internal Medicine, Section of Neurology as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology.  She has been in private practice in Greenville and practices diagnostic outpatient neurology with additional expertise in neuromuscular diseases, EMG testing, and Botox therapy.  Her mission is to provide high quality care with kindness and compassion.  She feels honored to care for her patients.
